The combination of betona tile’s unique properties and Ann Teliczan’s work, which is able to fill large areas without loss of detail, makes it possible to incorporate fine art onto functional surfaces.

This approach allows for:

• Cost effective, durable expansion of areas influenced by art

• The ability to incorporate fine art onto surfaces previously unavailable such as high traffic corridors

betona^® tiles are made of concrete and recycled glass in Grand Haven, Michigan. Thus making the tile surface more fitting for fine art. Rather than a glossy ceramic look, the tiles have a smooth matte surface and are available with a matte coating.

Art is printed onto the tlles with an incredibly precise, high resolution printer and then coated with a finish that has been formulated and tested for abrasion resistance. betona^® tiles are currently installed in some of the nation’s highest traffic venues, with excellent results.
